This variant of the MET ONE 3411 includes HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Arresting) Test Cal functionality. Designed specifically for semiconductor cleanroom monitoring, process benchmarking and particle troubleshooting applications. With industry-leading ISO 21501 accuracy and reproducibility, the MET ONE 3411 is the cleanest 0.1um portable air particle counter when compared to equivalent models from competitors. Unlike many particle counters, the MET ONE 3411 fan remains off when operating in a standard semiconductor cleanroom environment, virtually eliminating particle generation.
